Terms & Conditions

Renee Health & Lifestyle (PTY) LTD ("we", "us", "our") is a registered South African company (Reg. 2015/117320/07, VAT 4100322413) operating from South Africa. These Terms govern your use of the Website and any purchase made through it.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• ✓All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• ✓We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• ✓Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly.
• ✓We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.
• ✓We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Accepted payment methods:

• ✓Credit/Debit Card and EFT via PayFast (secure third-party payment gateway)
• ✓Direct Bank Transfer (EFT) to our FNB account

For bank transfer orders, your order is reserved for 7 business days. If payment is not received within this period, the order may be cancelled.

An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout containing your order reference and banking details. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order — acceptance occurs when payment is confirmed and the order is dispatched.

• ✓We deliver nationwide across South Africa via The Courier Guy.
• ✓Delivery is FREE on orders over R2,500. A flat fee of R175 applies to orders below R2,500.
• ✓Orders are dispatched within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation, with delivery taking a further 2–5 business days.
• ✓We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
• ✓Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

• ✓7-day return window from date of receipt
• ✓15% handling fee deducted from approved refunds
• ✓Refunds processed within 21 days of approval
• ✓1-year limited warranty on manufacturing faults

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to fulfil your order (e.g. courier services, payment gateways).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

These Terms comply with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
