Returns & Exchanges โ€” 7-Day Policy

We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, the item must:

  • โœ“Be unused and in its original condition
  • โœ“Be returned in its original packaging
  • โœ“Include all accessories, attachments, and documentation
  • โœ“Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately upon receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returns will not be accepted if the issue is not reported immediately after delivery.

All machines are tested by the supplier before shipping to ensure they are in working condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • โœ•Custom or personalised products
  • โœ•Personal care items
  • โœ•Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • โœ•Sale items
  • โœ•Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

To receive a different item:

  1. Request a return for the original item.
  2. Once approved, place a new order for the desired product.

This ensures faster processing.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • โœ“We will notify you of the approval status.
  • โœ“If approved, refunds are processed within 21 days.

A 15% handling fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Warranty โ€” 1-Year Limited Warranty

All products include a 1-year warranty, covering manufacturing faults only.

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • โœ•Damage caused by misuse or negligence
  • โœ•Physical damage (drops, breakage, impact)
  • โœ•Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • โœ•Attempted self-repairs or alterations
