Returns & Exchanges โ 7-Day Policy
We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, the item must:
- โBe unused and in its original condition
- โBe returned in its original packaging
- โInclude all accessories, attachments, and documentation
- โBe accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately upon receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Returns will not be accepted if the issue is not reported immediately after delivery.
All machines are tested by the supplier before shipping to ensure they are in working condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- โHazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

- โGift cards

Exchanges
To receive a different item:
- Request a return for the original item.
- Once approved, place a new order for the desired product.
This ensures faster processing.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

- โIf approved, refunds are processed within 21 days.
A 15% handling fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

Warranty โ 1-Year Limited Warranty
All products include a 1-year warranty, covering manufacturing faults only.
The warranty does NOT cover:
- โDamage caused by misuse or negligence
- โPhysical damage (drops, breakage, impact)
- โUnauthorised repairs or modifications
- โAttempted self-repairs or alterations
